My favourite part of a GFJ dance fitness class is the variety of music and different levels you can challenge yourself. I love how we integrate dumbells and bands into the workout too! The opportunity to do cardio, HIIT, abs and more in one workout that is also very fun is amazing! My favourite part of the strength class is the variety of workouts you will be presented with. One day you will be using the wall, another time kettlebell, and another time resistance bands. Things are always interesting and challenging in a good way. My favourite part of the dance class is the opportunity to learning hooksteps to popular songs and I love the style of choreography Janani brings to the class. My favourite part of the yoga class is the opportunity to connect with ourselves and improve our mental well-being. This class brings a lot of stability, calmness and personal strength. I would like to finish off with the level of flexibility GFJ offers in terms of location and pricing. Thank you for being the highlight of my working day after work. It definitely forces me to stop working and also gets me excited to wake up early and attend class to some pumping beats! Highly recommended for good work life balance or even me time:

I absolutely love her warm up sessions before learning dance routines. The isolation exercises of hip, chest really hit hard in a good way and it kind of makes us discover and connect with our own bodies. She teaches all the hook steps and sometimes even better moves. If you love and enjoy dancing as much as I do, then this is the class for you!! Don’t wait, take a free trial class and see. I have tried her dance fitness classes as well, and they will drench you in sweat and makes your body work to its fullest. She uses some nice mix of tracks too.
