Dance Fitness Dance with my Therapy
Full Body Workout to Kuthu, Bollywood and Hip Hop songs!
We believe any movement is therapy, and here at GET FIT JANANI, Dance is our therapy.
We are here to help you prioritise yourself, physically and mentally. We want you to FEEL GREAT after every workout and see the positive changes you are making for yourself.
CLASS FORMAT – A quick warm-up, cardio-focused dance moves, followed by full body toning using 1 kg dumbbells. Then we turn it up by ending the last 15 minutes with HIIT, legs & core burn session! Don’t worry, we end the class with a relaxing cooldown, and we do have water breaks.
KIND NOTE - The first class may be overwhelming as we cover an hour-long class filled with choreographed dance/fitness steps as well as physical challenges. But we promise that after a few classes, you will feel a big difference in your coordination, endurance, and mental well-being. You will walk out feeling empowered.
Dance Only
Learn all the latest moves and hook steps in our “dance only” classes, and also be part of our videos and reels.
CLASS FORMAT – We start with a head-to-toe warm-up to get your body ready to dance to your full potential. We work on activating your muscles, increasing flexibility and connecting your mind to muscles. We also do a few dance exercises to help with technique and form.
For the rest of the lesson, we teach step-by-step choreography to a Tamil or Bollywood song. We promise you will be feeling fabulous & confident like a Cinema star!
Anti-Age Strength Training
Strength training means slowing and reversing the ageing process at the cellular and genetic level, increasing your energy, protecting against the effects of ageing, improving insulin resistance (the kindling for all sorts of diseases), reducing mortality and improving brain function.
This 30-45 minute class is designed to help you:
Yoga
This class is for Beginner & Intermediate Levels.
Vinyasa Flow – A strong and dynamic class inspired by Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, linking movement to breath to help you build strength and flexibility using body weight exercises and plenty of repetition. This class will help you build up and release heat in the body, preparing you for a relaxing meditation at the end.
The benefits of Hatha yoga include better sleep, strengthening core muscles, improving depression symptoms, and helping with stress management.
Yin Yoga – A passive practice of tapping into and releasing the connective tissue in the body. This practice incorporates elements of traditional Chinese medicine to help increase circulation in the joints and create greater flexibility. This passive practice is aimed at helping you find stillness, letting go of tension and coming into alignment with your true self.
