GFJ Classes
All the classes at GFJ are suitable for Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced level individuals. At GFJ we make sure, you get the best out of a workout and most importantly you have fun attending our classes. Below are the descriptions of each class type.
Dance Fitness
Groove to Kuthu, Bollywood, and Hip Hop songs with our energizing full-body workout! At GET FIT JANANI, dance is our therapy, helping you feel great both physically and mentally.
Class Format:
- Warm-up, cardio dance moves, and full-body toning with 1 kg dumbbells
- An intense 15-minute HIIT session targeting legs and core
- Relaxing cooldown with water breaks
A Note for Beginners:
The first class may feel challenging, but stick with it! You’ll soon notice improved coordination, endurance, and mental well-being. Walk out feeling strong, confident, and empowered!
Dance Class
Learn all the latest moves and hook steps in our classes, and also be part of our videos and reels.
CLASS FORMAT – We start with a head-to-toe warm-up to get your body ready to dance to your full potential. We work on activating your muscles, increasing flexibility and connecting your mind to muscles. We also do a few dance exercises to help with technique and form.
For the rest of the lesson, we teach step-by-step choreography to a Tamil or Bollywood song. We promise you will be feeling fabulous & confident like a Cinema star!
Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact exercise that focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and controlled movements paired with precise breathing. It offers several benefits:
- Strength: Builds core strength and enhances overall muscle endurance.
- Flexibility: Improves range of motion and muscle flexibility.
- Balance: Enhances coordination and stability.
